Ribs done right, marinated in fresh squeezed fruit juices for 2 days, then slow oven roasted for 12 hours. Put on the grill when you order, basted in a sweet honey glaze. Fresh cooked tortillas. Check with your server on availability. Ever ordered ribs at a Mexican Joint before? Well there is a first time for everything and this is the place! Big time tender, flavorful ribs prepared Hermosillo style (where they usually have all day to prepare dinner).

A difficult dish to describe, but very easy to enjoy. Fresh seasoned chicken breast, wrapped in a crisp flour tortilla then smothered with our homemade Fundido sauce – Rich and flavorful with cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, roasted chilies and peppers and spices. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo (We recommend no alterations, it’s put together just right.

Carrots, onions, zucchini, asparagus and corn cooked fresh to order, cooked to slightly crisp. A nice healthy option not typical for a Mexican joint.
GRILLED SWEET ONION BALL $2
A Milagros Specialty! Sweet yellow onion, baked in the oven then injected with honey and spices. Sprinkled with seasoning, then put on the grill to add some “bark” or charbroiled outside layer. An onion lovers delight… even an onion likers delight!
BORRACHO BEANS $2
Pinto beans, chopped onions, bacon, diced tomatoes simmered in spices and a small amount of beer (the alcohol is cooked out). Bold flavorful, great with our beef, but works with our salads.
SWEET GREEN CHILI RICE $2
Caramelized onions, sweet green chili chutney, corn, carrots and roasted red peppers. This rice is both sweet yet bold and flavorful, very popular!
SPICY SPANISH RICE $2
